If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund of your product cost within 30 days of delivery. How Do I Qualify for a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Refund?
- Your request for the refund must be placed within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order. Requests can be made either toll free at 1-800-642-9929 or via email at service@dotfloor.com
- Your order must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and re-sellable condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site; the product is required to be palletized before pickup (where applicable)
- Your order must not have been used, installed, or marked in any way; and
- Your must satisfy the below noted requirements
You are responsible for paying the Return Shipping Costs associated with the return of your order (for both partial and full order returns).
Full Order Returns
In order to receive a product cost refund, you must return your order in its entirety and every piece of the order that you received on the date of delivery must be returned in its original packaging. Please note, there will be a return shipping charge and you will not be refunded for the original shipping charges. Once you have everything accounted for and packaged in accordance with the above qualifications, please contact us and we will arrange a pick-up of the product. Partial Order Returns
If you’re looking to return only a portion of your order as part of the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, we can certainly accommodate your request. Once you know which portion of the order needs to be returned, BuildDirect will provide a quote for the return shipping charges of the partial order. Only after you accept the quote will the return be processed. Your partial return must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and re-sellable condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site; the product is required to be palletized before pickup (where applicable). Exclusions
Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, for full or partial order returns, does not extend to Custom Orders, Container Orders, Made to Order, or Clearance Items.
